Don’t say it’s just a day, a gay parade don’t throw away the parquet patches, swinging sashes, the ballerina’s batting lashes, the sleigh ride on the straightaway. Hurray for heading wayward off the dark hard arctic pole, and hark the ribbon wrapping round the ballerina’s brittle little toes. Hip hip hurray

The sleigh rides on the straightaways, the silhouettes and shadows on the moon. The wrapping paper airplanes crashing into dads in every room.
